Who We Are
Chrysalis Community Partners (CCP) is a reentry and community corrections–focused organization dedicated to helping justice-involved individuals successfully transition from custody back into the community.
Our work is centered on building structured, coordinated pathways that connect individuals to the services, resources, and support systems necessary for long-term stability, recovery, and accountability.
Many individuals return to the community facing barriers related to housing, healthcare access, employment, behavioral health needs, addiction recovery, and family reintegration. Too often, release occurs without a clear plan or coordinated support.
Chrysalis Community Partners exists to help close that gap.
