Chrysalis Community Partners (CCP) is a reentry and community corrections–focused organization dedicated to helping justice-involved individuals successfully transition from custody back into the community. Our work centers on creating structured pathways that connect individuals to the resources, support systems, and opportunities needed to rebuild stable and productive lives.
Many individuals returning from incarceration face significant barriers related to housing, healthcare access, employment, behavioral health treatment, addiction recovery, family reunification, and legal compliance. Too often, individuals are released with paperwork but without a clear roadmap for stability.
Chrysalis Community Partners was created to help close that gap by supporting coordinated reentry solutions that address both individual needs and community safety.
